Tyler Holmes is the only salesman I will ever trust or do business with. This guy got me in my dream truck for less money than I expected. The warranty and service department is unbelievable. Huge service team getting you in and out fast. The finance guy Maurice is the best. He made sure from gap protection to the best interest rate. I have never left a review for a dealership but this place is amazing.

Everyone was very helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. I bought my 2023 jeep there about 8 months ago and have had no problems. Well one, they only had one key fob and if I wanted a second one it would cost me around 300 hundred dollars, disappointed with that but everything else has been great. Service department was fantastic very quick and very thorough. Even if you don’t have a Chrysler product I still recommend their service department!

I was greeted immediately and discovered the Jeep I was interested in had been sold. I was shown another model that caught my eye and went on a great test drive. The process was smooth and pleasant and the numbers were great. I was delivered a clean, shiny new Willys Edition that suits me perfectly. Life savers! Came in limping with a DEF warning light and 2 hot horses in a trailer. They helped me with the safety of my animals and then got me back on the road within 2.5 hours with a new truck

Went to Murray to look at a car that I had seen online. That one wasn't going to work for me but they showed me a 2018 Grand Cherokee that looked it was brand new. Drove it bought it. Still adjusting to it but I am pretty happy with it. The salesperson Tamra and everyone else I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. I will recommend Murray to anyone I know that is looking for a car.

They were the only dealership that was able to get my husband into a car with $1,000 down payment and with a reasonable payment for monthly.. So hella yeah I would definitely be recommending Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM to everyone we meet.. So keep up the great work everyone.. You did something that no one else could.. And there was a dealership that said if they couldn't get him into a vehicle then no dealership could apparently that was a lie because Murray's Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM China hell did what no one else could..

Great people to work with. I bought my 2022 hellcat sight unseen and drove to pick it up. Everything was as planned with no surprises which, after a 6 hr drive, I was especially grateful! The dealership is a typical CDJR location, pretty basic. That said the people were pretty friendly, although the salesman sitting by the front door was a bit rude. Overall, I do recommend them if you're interested in a vehicle they have for sale!

This group of people are amazing, starting with Anthony, my sales person to the Manager Hunter, and the service manager Rob. They helped my mom purchase a car in March, and she has only driven it a few miles. Took in locally to have the recalls fixed and the local dealer took her things were wrong, the warranty people would not honor the warranty, stating this was something the dealer shop should have caught. Called the dealership, they said to bring it to them and let their service department look at it It was so easy and non stressful. I was really worried, after dealing with other dealers and the how other places create drama, instead of handling what needs t be handled. The service department went over the care with the fine tooth comb, and did not find what the dealer was talking about. I think the local dealer was trying to drum up business for the department. I was told when my mom and I picked up her car if we had any problems or questions to let them know. This dealer ship is well worth the 30 to 45 minute drive. The service in any department is amazing. There is no pressure in the sells, the service department was outstanding and the manager seem to genuinely care. I don't usually write reviews especially nice reviews, but if you are looking for a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler go this this group of people, you won't regret it. Thank you guys for all your help

Called three other Chrysler dealers in the area about my 2022 RAM 3500 having high coolant temps (240+) all said this was normal and no need to worry or come in for checkup. Murray Ram got me right in the next morning and diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes (bad fan clutch). Thank you Murray and team!

I had an issue that happened several times, with my 2020 Jeep Wrangler with only 15k miles, engine would just turn off while I was driving, which could have been extremely dangerous and cause an accident. Gainesville Jeep would not even look at it without an error code. Marshall from Murray Jeep in Starke said bring it in and we will find out what is wrong and fix it. It took service department less than a week to diagnose and fix. This dealership has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered!!! Thank You so much!!! Will definitely recommend to all friends and family!!!

Bought a truck last year. I like the truck but I had an issue this year. Murray gave me a very hard sell to buy an extra warranty on the vehicle. I dont know why I allowed myself to be pressurized. The warranty was very expensive. Essentially worth nothing though. The insurance company does not answer calls and when you eventually get through to them you find out that the policy covers essentially nothing and has a very bad reputuon with BBB. Very disappointing. I thought Murray would have been nore honest.

OK? Husband has been going to them foe about 6 years. The young man he has dealt with the most is Hunter. He has always gotten the "deal " done. The service department is top notch. The detailing department, well,,,, let's just say they really need to step up their game. (Lol) Seriously though, Murray Dodge Chrysler, Jeep is the place to go when you want New or even used auto's. We HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Yes, some salesman can be pushy, impatient even rude at alot of car dealerships. But we have never found this to be the case here at Murray. So go in and ask for one of 3 young men. Hunter, JT or Jeff. We actually had all 3 of them working with us. NOT at us. Thx guys. D&B.

My experience with Murray Dodge what’s really great, I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I will definitely buy from Murray again. My original salesman was Maurice and when Maurice was busy he couldn’t of picked a better person to assist me with my purchase than Mark . Mark was very helpful, very accommodating and very truthful and professional, not only was it professional but it was relaxed and even fun. Hunter went the extra mile to get me into a truck that suited me better than what I had originally thought was for me the and my needs. The finance guys were very patient when I asked many questions and took their time and explained over and over about things that I didn’t understand and I greatly appreciated their patience and their professionalism.
