Can’t recommend Buddy and Murray CDJR enough. Worked with our insanely tight (less than half a day) timeline, delivered the vehicle to us, and helped us get the best deal. We are so impressed with the truck- even better than we expected. The whole process was straightforward and so easy!

Called Bryan on a Sunday about a truck on the lot and worked a deal out with him over the phone. Can't say how pleased I am with the outcome of the transaction. They went out of their way to help me and get me into the truck I now love. The manager and finance manager were also especially helpful in the certain situation that was presented and I feel they went way out of their way to also help. Will definitely keep this dealership in mind for the next purchase. Everyone was straight shooters and forthcoming of any issues and helped with the resolution in me purchasing my truck .

I want to give a big shout out to Bryan Buonvino and Jared Hinson for the work they put in helping me find the right Ram 2500 that would fit my needs and fit into my budget. They where extremely helpful and professional in all aspects of the transaction process. I would recommend these individuals be the first choice when you ask for if you consider this dealership. Bryan is a knowledgeable sales agent and will be honest and assist you with questions and resolutions. Jared is a great financial manager and will put you in a vehicle with your specifications in mind. I will definitely be returning to see these gentlemen next time I'm in need of another vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with these two my overall visit to Murray CJD Stark! My husband and I had the misfortune of a dead battery in his RAM truck that was likely due to the accessory mode running all night. We were traveling from SC to FL and had to get a jump. We found this dealership on our route to FL and decided to stop and have them test the battery voltage and alternator. Very friendly and accommodating service dept folks happily helped us and assured us that we were in good shape. Thank you for your help.....we greatly appreciated it.

I purchased a Ram 1500 from Murray and was pleased with the buying experience. Jason Wood was the salesman I worked with and he was very helpful and transparent. This resulted in a pleasurable experience purchasing this truck. I highly recommend working with Jason when looking to purchase a vehicle at Murray. The only recommendation I would make would be for a more thorough cleaning and detailing of the vehicle prior to delivery.

I highly recommend the Murray dealership. The team is phenomenal and so is the car selection. I bought my RAM 1500 here. Houston was my salesman and Maurice was Finance. These guys were awesome (so was the rest of the entire team there), I’d recommend them to anyone. Had my two boys with me and the crew kept them occupied (put kids shows on the TV to keep them entertained, hot chocolate, everything). And I love my new RAM. 5 Star Rating all the way. -Mike

The only down side is I can't give 'em 6 STARS. These guys and gals Rocked the Casbah. Ryan Benitez in the service center, and all the rest, turned a bad situation into a Christmas miracle. My extended warranty company (not to be named yet) would not cover my simple oil pressure sensor replacement on my 2016 RAM (although "sensors" is covered in their contract), but Ryan and the rest sprinkled their elf dust integrity, wrapped it in authentic customer care and pulled a game winning hail Mary. They took care of me like the Big Guy says to do; and now they have my loyalty.

I don't know how this place isn't listed as the number 1 place to service your Ram truck. I went to my local dealer to handle a vibration at highway speeds. They had my truck for 4 days and could not fix the vibration. I stopped in att Murray Dodge Ram and they looked at my truck on the rack. within 15 minutes they came back told me to go to lunch and my truck would be ready in a couple hours. AWESOME! I returned and vibration Gone. HOO RAA! Paul Acevedo the general manager handed my keys! Now thats service.

Excellent service provided by both Rob and Robert as service technicians. I came in with a Jeep Grand Cherokee dead as a door nail and they really hooked me up. I was traveling and several hours away from home but they communicated well and had me back in the road in 24 hours. They’re a busy place but were quick and professional and answered all my questions - even ones like “why do I need an alternator” . Lovely sales representatives too. I listened as one of the service providers handled a rather rude customer- he was never rude back and kept his composure, even offering a complimentary temporary vehicle for her troubles. 10/10

While traveling back down to Brooksville, i developed transmission issues entering Starke. I took my Ram to Murray's where i was greeted immediately. They coded my truck and diagnosed the issue. Thank goodness they could do a same day repair. I have nothing but praise for the Service Department and thank each of them for their efforts.

I had my eyes set on a RAM TRX Havoc edition. I was working on a deal with another dealership when they were asking nearly $30K markup over the MSRP. I did some research to see what other dealers had this specific model I was wanting. I did some online research and found out that Murray CDJR had the TRX I was wanting. I called them, which turns out to be the best decision I could have made, and had the privilege to talk to a gentleman named Wyatt. I explained to Wyatt that I was interested in buying the one they had for sale and that I wanted as close to MSRP as possible without any heavy markups. I also explained to him I wanted to trade my vehicle in as well. He immediately spoke to his GM and right away made my request a reality. He got the paperwork ready and everything good to go to make my new purchase a breeze. Fast forward a week later, and I was out the door with my new truck within less than an hour. From the trade-in to the drive off, Wyatt went above and beyond and gave me hope that there are still good dealerships out there that want the best for their customers. Since my purchase, Wyatt has continually kept in contact with me and making sure I was still happy with my new truck. He took the time to also find me a truck bed cover and had the part ready next day to install. I wasn’t even at the service section for an hour and I was all ready to go. This also included them installing some other hardware! Thank you Murray CDJR for the above and beyond service! Please give Wyatt a raise. He is the real deal and is the true definition/epitome of what customer service is all about! I highly recommend anyone wanting to buy used or new, or simply bringing their vehicle for service to come by Murray CDJR in Stark! You won’t be disappointed!

Good people here, was able to purchase my wifes vehicle no problem with the friendly salesmen Murray has to offer. even when I was checking out the trucks in the lot a young man Keanu helped me decide on this jeep. He was very knowledgeable on the spec and was super helpfull even if he wasn't an average sales guy. I am very happy with it. No problems whatsoever she runs smooth as butter and I'm happy I picked Murray!

The only dealership that followed up on my request for in stock inventory. Curt was super nice and helpful through the entire process, not only was he very knowledgeable about the Ram we test drove but was very open to my concerns on price and style. Curt was very honest and upfront about everything, I did not feel they were just trying to make a sale but were looking at the possibility of me returning to buy my next vehicle from them. Most importantly, I got a very fair deal. I’ll be back!

Bought my car a while back haven't had any issues, process was great other then a few rude pushy sales guys. Met a young man named Keanu out back moving vehicles, won't forget how he helped me pick the right ride for me, in my 65 years i never had a young man as respectful as him help me with all my questions even if they were foolish ones. he is full of knowledge and gives off great additude. He must love his job! We need more young men like him in this world today. If it wasnt for him i wouldnt of picked the option with sunroof and killer sound system and Ben cheap with it. I just can't say enough good things about the service director Greg Brown and service advisor Marshall James. We were traveling in a fairly new RV, and new at rving, when we got a dash light come on about something to do with the steering. The manual, of course, said to get it services ASAP. There we were hours away from home and in a slight panic. We found Murray's and first Marshall was so professional and helped us out right away. He then got Greg involved who also helped us out. They took the van and ran a diagnostic which did not prove to be any problems. They then cleared codes. We were soon on our way and didn't have an issue the rest of our trip. THANK YOU both for being kind and concerned and taking care of us.

I needed my computer flashed for my new brake module and tow mirrors before leaving on vacation and my local dealer could not get me in for over a week. Well I decided to call Murray even though they are 70 miles from me and I’m glad I did ! Great people to work with. I bought my 2022 hellcat sight unseen and drove to pick it up. Everything was as planned with no surprises which, after a 6 hr drive, I was especially grateful! The dealership is a typical CDJR location, pretty basic. That said the people were pretty friendly, although the salesman sitting by the front door was a bit rude. Overall, I do recommend them if you're interested in a vehicle they have for sale!

This group of people are amazing, starting with Anthony, my sales person to the Manager Hunter, and the service manager Rob. They helped my mom purchase a car in March, and she has only driven it a few miles. Took in locally to have the recalls fixed and the local dealer took her things were wrong, the warranty people would not honor the warranty, stating this was something the dealer shop should have caught. Called the dealership, they said to bring it to them and let their service department look at it It was so easy and non stressful. I was really worried, after dealing with other dealers and the how other places create drama, instead of handling what needs t be handled. The service department went over the care with the fine tooth comb, and did not find what the dealer was talking about. I think the local dealer was trying to drum up business for the department. I was told when my mom and I picked up her car if we had any problems or questions to let them know. This dealer ship is well worth the 30 to 45 minute drive. The service in any department is amazing. There is no pressure in the sells, the service department was outstanding and the manager seem to genuinely care. I don't usually write reviews especially nice reviews, but if you are looking for a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler go this this group of people, you won't regret it. Thank you guys for all your help

Called three other Chrysler dealers in the area about my 2022 RAM 3500 having high coolant temps (240+) all said this was normal and no need to worry or come in for checkup. Murray Ram got me right in the next morning and diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes (bad fan clutch). Thank you Murray and team!

I had an issue that happened several times, with my 2020 Jeep Wrangler with only 15k miles, engine would just turn off while I was driving, which could have been extremely dangerous and cause an accident. Gainesville Jeep would not even look at it without an error code. Marshall from Murray Jeep in Starke said bring it in and we will find out what is wrong and fix it. It took service department less than a week to diagnose and fix. This dealership has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered!!! Thank You so much!!! Will definitely recommend to all friends and family!!!

Scott, who appraised my car, was quick and efficient, and willing to negotiate with me. They even gave me a ride back to my home (45 minutes away) so I could leave the car with them right away. Bought a truck last year. I like the truck but I had an issue this year. Murray gave me a very hard sell to buy an extra warranty on the vehicle. I dont know why I allowed myself to be pressurized. The warranty was very expensive. Essentially worth nothing though. The insurance company does not answer calls and when you eventually get through to them you find out that the policy covers essentially nothing and has a very bad reputuon with BBB. Very disappointing. I thought Murray would have been nore honest.

We drove down from Jacksonville, FL after searching all over Florida for a Jeep Gladiator Mojave X, and they were the only dealership that had exactly what we were looking for. Ian was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy. We got a great deal, felt well taken care of, and never felt pressured. After a terrible experience with Jacksonville CDJR, Murray was a breath of fresh air. It may be a more remote location, but it is absolutely worth the drive. The entire team was amazing, and we would definitely recommend Ian and Murray CDJR!

Greg was amazing! My jeep was there due to a blown engine & he had taken care of me from moving my jeep from another dealership to this one! He kept me in the loop every step of the way! I would highly recommend this dealership 110%. And I will say they’re about an hour from my house. The Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealer in my town I will not go to. I will take the drive to Murray Chrysler Dodge for any of my Vehicles needs, all the way to Stark! 😊

I came in without an appointment due to my batteries being dead. I was in starke and all of a sudden they quit and a friend rescued me with a jump and I drove straight to your dealership and was waited on immediately and was greeted by a lady in the service department who fixed everything, answered all my questions and fixed an annoying siri speed alert voice in my car which I hated and no I’ve else could fix it but she did! I was given a discount for the batteries and paid much less than I was told! So yes I’m very happy and plan to come in soon to fix a recall I was also told about! I normally go to Davis Jeep in Yulee/Amelia Island because they have 5 stars and I was ripped off by the Gville Jeep so I was skeptical but I’m glad I dropped in! It was a very nice experience! Thank you!!

Tyler Holmes is the only salesman I will ever trust or do business with. This guy got me in my dream truck for less money than I expected. The warranty and service department is unbelievable. Everyone was very helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. I bought my 2023 jeep there about 8 months ago and have had no problems. Well one, they only had one key fob and if I wanted a second one it would cost me around 300 hundred dollars, disappointed with that but everything else has been great. Service department was fantastic very quick and very thorough. Even if you don’t have a Chrysler product I still recommend their service department!

Went to Murray to look at a car that I had seen online. That one wasn't going to work for me but they showed me a 2018 Grand Cherokee that looked it was brand new. Drove it bought it. Still adjusting to it but I am pretty happy with it. The salesperson Tamra and everyone else I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating.
