Absolute pleasure dealing with Jared Henson and Bryan when purchasing my new to me truck several months back. He made it not only made it painless but made it actually a pleasure. Truly felt like wanted to make me part of the family and take care of me. They offered a more than fair price for my trade in and way more than fair otd price for my new truck, then to top it off, the warranty was above and beyond for a fraction of the price of other dealerships. Since then Jared has moved to service advisor and still continues to take care of not only my vehicle needs but me as well. The service team as a whole made my drop off and pick up seamless and efficient. I will absolutely recommend friends and family to do business with the staff here and will be returning for my next vehicle. Their commitment to customer service and work ethic has made a loyal customer of me with all of me and my family's vehicle needs

I was thinking of upgrading my car and went to this dealership two days ago. I saw Dane and explained what I was looking for. He was very helpful, as was all the employees that I interacted with. I did the test drive on a vehicle and it is what I was looking for. I wanted to drive it for a couple days before I left a review so I can give an honest opinion on the vehicle I purchased. It's a great drive, runs smooth. It's a bit different from my last vehicle, but in a good way. Dane was great, answered all my questions. The finance guy was very nice and answered my financial questions. I recommend this dealership for new and used cars

I bought a good looking Ram 2500 from here. From the time I contacted them on the phone to picking the truck up was so smooth and transparent. Nick my salesman went above and beyond. He met me outside when I pulled up and made sure to stay close by through every step. Nick answered all my questions and his communication and dedication is unmatched. The service department here is so much faster than the one in Gainesville that even if you live in Gainesville, it would be faster to drive here and get your vehicle serviced and drive back than to go to the one in Gainesville.

Above and beyond efficient and knowledgeable, is how I would describe this dealership. I recently purchased a truck from Murray Chrysler and it was one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. We were travelling through Florida when our Chrysler mini-van started to overheat. We found Murray CDJR on line and managed to get our car there. Marshall, the service writer, took it in immediately for diagnosis. When we learned that the car needed to stay with them for repairs, Marshall, and Jacob, a salesman, went out of their way to find a rental car for us. Marshall called over 10 places. Jacob jumped in to help call other places. After Jacob finally found a car, they loaded our luggage etc. into a pick up truck and Steve drove us about an hour to the only car rental place that had a car available. He got us there with 15 minutes to spare before they closed! We can not thank them enough for their kindness and assistance.

I recently discovered an issue following service and picked my vehicle up after work. I called immediately which was within minutes of closing to notify Robert my service advisor he quickly arranged a tow. The following morning the service department handled things diligently when they arrived the next morning and went above and beyond to make my experience right. They quickly diagnosed the error, corrected the problem and did a thorough cleanup of the mess that resulted, and provided a refund of my service due to the error and inconvenience. The service department also washed and vacuumed my vehicle and delivered the vehicle back to my home due to the logistical problems that resulted from the error. Diane, Robert, and Greg have restored my trust in Murray Chrysler Jeep Dodge and continuing my service there. Is says so much when a company stands behind their work and prioritizes the experience of their customers. Making things right when something goes awry without being forced or begged is something rare to find these days.

Absolutely thrilled with our Experience here! We were so impressed with our first purchase, a gorgeous grand Wagoneer, that we came back less than a month later and drove off with a RAM 3500. I reside in Texas and I recently purchased a vehicle from Murry Dodge in Florida. At first, I was apprehensive about the out of state purchase. However, The sales man Houston and Finance person Maurice were amazing as they answered all my questions and were masterful in making my purchase easy. Update: The service department made everything right. The GSM contacted us to come in and get the second key programmed and also took care of a recall we had on the truck at the same time. Very professional service department. Wish I could say the same for the sales floor managers. _______________ Bought a used truck here with 2 keys. One of the keys they sent me with was the incorrect truck key for my vehicle. I returned the incorrect key. They cannot produce the correct one and refuse to replace or make a new one. I called for over a month to get that answer. I was promised a correct key would be made when I returned the incorrect one. Every phone call , voicemail, text went unanswered until the manager finally said no through a sales guy. The manager refused to speak with me on the phone or even bother to return my calls. For a month I called and every person I spoke with put me off without answer with promises of return calls. Had I known it only had one key, I would have worked a spare into my original deal. The communication at this dealership is awful and there is a huge lack of integrity and accountability.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Buddy helped us from start to finish. I called asking about another car because we needed a little bigger for our family. I was nervous financially about the change but he was so patient and was very kind. I came in and he helped me get a payment we could afford AND got me out quick so I could make it to work on time! Bought a Brand New Ram 1500 Sherrod from Bryan. Super easy and seamless process, I live in NY and was able to have the truck driven up by one of their Veteran delivery drivers. No problems what so ever and truck is a head turner. No one has anything like it! Truck is absolutely massive, pictures do not do it justice!

Called Bryan on a Sunday about a truck on the lot and worked a deal out with him over the phone. Can't say how pleased I am with the outcome of the transaction. My husband and I had the misfortune of a dead battery in his RAM truck that was likely due to the accessory mode running all night. We were traveling from SC to FL and had to get a jump. We found this dealership on our route to FL and decided to stop and have them test the battery voltage and alternator. Very friendly and accommodating service dept folks happily helped us and assured us that we were in good shape. Thank you for your help.....we greatly appreciated it.

This resulted in a pleasurable experience purchasing this truck. I highly recommend working with Jason when looking to purchase a vehicle at Murray. The only recommendation I would make would be for a more thorough cleaning and detailing of the vehicle prior to delivery.

I highly recommend the Murray dealership. The team is phenomenal and so is the car selection. I bought my RAM 1500 here. Houston was my salesman and Maurice was Finance. The only down side is I can't give 'em 6 STARS. These guys and gals Rocked the Casbah. Ryan Benitez in the service center, and all the rest, turned a bad situation into a Christmas miracle. My extended warranty company (not to be named yet) would not cover my simple oil pressure sensor replacement on my 2016 RAM (although "sensors" is covered in their contract), but Ryan and the rest sprinkled their elf dust integrity, wrapped it in authentic customer care and pulled a game winning hail Mary. They took care of me like the Big Guy says to do; and now they have my loyalty.

I don't know how this place isn't listed as the number 1 place to service your Ram truck. I went to my local dealer to handle a vibration at highway speeds. They had my truck for 4 days and could not fix the vibration. I stopped in att Murray Dodge Ram and they looked at my truck on the rack. within 15 minutes they came back told me to go to lunch and my truck would be ready in a couple hours. AWESOME! I returned and vibration Gone. HOO RAA! Paul Acevedo the general manager handed my keys! Now thats service.

Excellent service provided by both Rob and Robert as service technicians. I came in with a Jeep Grand Cherokee dead as a door nail and they really hooked me up. I was traveling and several hours away from home but they communicated well and had me back in the road in 24 hours. They’re a busy place but were quick and professional and answered all my questions - even ones like “why do I need an alternator” . Lovely sales representatives too. I listened as one of the service providers handled a rather rude customer- he was never rude back and kept his composure, even offering a complimentary temporary vehicle for her troubles. 10/10

While traveling back down to Brooksville, i developed transmission issues entering Starke. I took my Ram to Murray's where i was greeted immediately. They coded my truck and diagnosed the issue. Thank goodness they could do a same day repair. I have nothing but praise for the Service Department and thank each of them for their efforts.

I had my eyes set on a RAM TRX Havoc edition. I was working on a deal with another dealership when they were asking nearly $30K markup over the MSRP. I did some research to see what other dealers had this specific model I was wanting. I did some online research and found out that Murray CDJR had the TRX I was wanting. I called them, which turns out to be the best decision I could have made, and had the privilege to talk to a gentleman named Wyatt. I explained to Wyatt that I was interested in buying the one they had for sale and that I wanted as close to MSRP as possible without any heavy markups. I also explained to him I wanted to trade my vehicle in as well. He immediately spoke to his GM and right away made my request a reality. He got the paperwork ready and everything good to go to make my new purchase a breeze. Fast forward a week later, and I was out the door with my new truck within less than an hour. From the trade-in to the drive off, Wyatt went above and beyond and gave me hope that there are still good dealerships out there that want the best for their customers. Since my purchase, Wyatt has continually kept in contact with me and making sure I was still happy with my new truck. He took the time to also find me a truck bed cover and had the part ready next day to install. I wasn’t even at the service section for an hour and I was all ready to go. This also included them installing some other hardware! Thank you Murray CDJR for the above and beyond service! Please give Wyatt a raise. He is the real deal and is the true definition/epitome of what customer service is all about! I highly recommend anyone wanting to buy used or new, or simply bringing their vehicle for service to come by Murray CDJR in Stark! You won’t be disappointed!

Good people here, was able to purchase my wifes vehicle no problem with the friendly salesmen Murray has to offer. even when I was checking out the trucks in the lot a young man Keanu helped me decide on this jeep. He was very knowledgeable on the spec and was super helpfull even if he wasn't an average sales guy. I am very happy with it. The only dealership that followed up on my request for in stock inventory. Curt was super nice and helpful through the entire process, not only was he very knowledgeable about the Ram we test drove but was very open to my concerns on price and style. Curt was very honest and upfront about everything, I did not feel they were just trying to make a sale but were looking at the possibility of me returning to buy my next vehicle from them. Bought my car a while back haven't had any issues, process was great other then a few rude pushy sales guys. Met a young man named Keanu out back moving vehicles, won't forget how he helped me pick the right ride for me, in my 65 years i never had a young man as respectful as him help me with all my questions even if they were foolish ones. he is full of knowledge and gives off great additude. He must love his job! We need more young men like him in this world today. If it wasnt for him i wouldnt of picked the option with sunroof and killer sound system and Ben cheap with it. I just can't say enough good things about the service director Greg Brown and service advisor Marshall James. We were traveling in a fairly new RV, and new at rving, when we got a dash light come on about something to do with the steering. The manual, of course, said to get it services ASAP. There we were hours away from home and in a slight panic. We found Murray's and first Marshall was so professional and helped us out right away. He then got Greg involved who also helped us out. They took the van and ran a diagnostic which did not prove to be any problems. They then cleared codes. We were soon on our way and didn't have an issue the rest of our trip. THANK YOU both for being kind and concerned and taking care of us.

I needed my computer flashed for my new brake module and tow mirrors before leaving on vacation and my local dealer could not get me in for over a week. Well I decided to call Murray even though they are 70 miles from me and I’m glad I did ! Marshall was more than happy to fit me in the next day and not only were they able to fix me up but they did it with a smile. I 100% recommend them for any service you may need. Tyler Holmes is the only salesman I will ever trust or do business with. This guy got me in my dream truck for less money than I expected. The warranty and service department is unbelievable. Huge service team getting you in and out fast. The finance guy Maurice is the best. He made sure from gap protection to the best interest rate. Everyone was very helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. I bought my 2023 jeep there about 8 months ago and have had no problems. Well one, they only had one key fob and if I wanted a second one it would cost me around 300 hundred dollars, disappointed with that but everything else has been great. Service department was fantastic very quick and very thorough. Even if you don’t have a Chrysler product I still recommend their service department!

Went to Murray to look at a car that I had seen online. That one wasn't going to work for me but they showed me a 2018 Grand Cherokee that looked it was brand new. Drove it bought it. Still adjusting to it but I am pretty happy with it. The salesperson Tamra and everyone else I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating.
