Jacob Reed is the man with the plan! He’s my go to guy for vehicles and trucks in particular. He sold me my beautiful f150 a couple years ago and I still drive it daily and it treats me great. I was in a pinch when I came to him but him and his team went above and beyond to make sure I could walk away without my Cruze and with my new F150. Go with Jake! He’ll take care of you.

My husband and I are looking to upgrade our 2015 Ford Explorer and we decided to check out Murray Dodge Ram. We've never been there before, but Bailey definitely made us feel at home. I mean where do i start? The customer service from Bailey was outstanding, the place had a great look to it and was very well organized. My experience was with Bailey and let me tell you, that guy knows how to make a customer happy. WOW. Very good listener and super informative on what kind of car fit my exact style and at my specific price point. After speaking with 10 other shady car lots and wasting 4 hours on two different lots due to promises.. I was tired of the lies trying to get me at 6 to 10 grand over budget with one trying to charge me five grand more for a much lesser truck.. So when I called Jacob and told him my requirements in a big horn and my price point.. within 2 hours he texted me a workup sheet beating my price by 35 cent... Where the others were trying to get me for another average of 8,000 with lies.. So when we got there to buy the bighorn, we bought the best Rebel on the lot.. Because of the ease and honesty.. two days later as a surprise, I traded my wife's car on a Mustang for her birthday

Absolute pleasure dealing with Jared Henson and Bryan when purchasing my new to me truck several months back. He made it not only made it painless but made it actually a pleasure. I was thinking of upgrading my car and went to this dealership two days ago. I saw Dane and explained what I was looking for. He was very helpful, as was all the employees that I interacted with. I did the test drive on a vehicle and it is what I was looking for. I wanted to drive it for a couple days before I left a review so I can give an honest opinion on the vehicle I purchased. It's a great drive, runs smooth. It's a bit different from my last vehicle, but in a good way. Dane was great, answered all my questions. The finance guy was very nice and answered my financial questions. I recommend this dealership for new and used cars

The service department here is so much faster than the one in Gainesville that even if you live in Gainesville, it would be faster to drive here and get your vehicle serviced and drive back than to go to the one in Gainesville.

We were travelling through Florida when our Chrysler mini-van started to overheat. We found Murray CDJR on line and managed to get our car there. Marshall, the service writer, took it in immediately for diagnosis. When we learned that the car needed to stay with them for repairs, Marshall, and Jacob, a salesman, went out of their way to find a rental car for us. Marshall called over 10 places. Jacob jumped in to help call other places. After Jacob finally found a car, they loaded our luggage etc. into a pick up truck and Steve drove us about an hour to the only car rental place that had a car available. He got us there with 15 minutes to spare before they closed! We can not thank them enough for their kindness and assistance.

I recently discovered an issue following service and picked my vehicle up after work. I called immediately which was within minutes of closing to notify Robert my service advisor he quickly arranged a tow. The following morning the service department handled things diligently when they arrived the next morning and went above and beyond to make my experience right. They quickly diagnosed the error, corrected the problem and did a thorough cleanup of the mess that resulted, and provided a refund of my service due to the error and inconvenience. The service department also washed and vacuumed my vehicle and delivered the vehicle back to my home due to the logistical problems that resulted from the error. Diane, Robert, and Greg have restored my trust in Murray Chrysler Jeep Dodge and continuing my service there. Is says so much when a company stands behind their work and prioritizes the experience of their customers. Making things right when something goes awry without being forced or begged is something rare to find these days.

Update: The service department made everything right. The GSM contacted us to come in and get the second key programmed and also took care of a recall we had on the truck at the same time. Very professional service department. Wish I could say the same for the sales floor managers. _______________ Bought a used truck here with 2 keys. One of the keys they sent me with was the incorrect truck key for my vehicle. I returned the incorrect key. They cannot produce the correct one and refuse to replace or make a new one. I called for over a month to get that answer. I was promised a correct key would be made when I returned the incorrect one. Every phone call , voicemail, text went unanswered until the manager finally said no through a sales guy. The manager refused to speak with me on the phone or even bother to return my calls. For a month I called and every person I spoke with put me off without answer with promises of return calls. Had I known it only had one key, I would have worked a spare into my original deal. The communication at this dealership is awful and there is a huge lack of integrity and accountability.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Buddy helped us from start to finish. I called asking about another car because we needed a little bigger for our family. I was nervous financially about the change but he was so patient and was very kind. I came in and he helped me get a payment we could afford AND got me out quick so I could make it to work on time! Bought a Brand New Ram 1500 Sherrod from Bryan. Super easy and seamless process, I live in NY and was able to have the truck driven up by one of their Veteran delivery drivers. No problems what so ever and truck is a head turner. No one has anything like it! Truck is absolutely massive, pictures do not do it justice!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with Ian at Murray CDJR! We drove down from Jacksonville, FL after searching all over Florida for a Jeep Gladiator Mojave X, and they were the only dealership that had exactly what we were looking for. Ian was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy. We got a great deal, felt well taken care of, and never felt pressured. After a terrible experience with Jacksonville CDJR, Murray was a breath of fresh air. It may be a more remote location, but it is absolutely worth the drive. The entire team was amazing, and we would definitely recommend Ian and Murray CDJR!

I came in without an appointment due to my batteries being dead. I was in starke and all of a sudden they quit and a friend rescued me with a jump and I drove straight to your dealership and was waited on immediately and was greeted by a lady in the service department who fixed everything, answered all my questions and fixed an annoying siri speed alert voice in my car which I hated and no I’ve else could fix it but she did! I was given a discount for the batteries and paid much less than I was told! So yes I’m very happy and plan to come in soon to fix a recall I was also told about! I normally go to Davis Jeep in Yulee/Amelia Island because they have 5 stars and I was ripped off by the Gville Jeep so I was skeptical but I’m glad I dropped in! It was a very nice experience! Thank you!!

Tyler Holmes is the only salesman I will ever trust or do business with. This guy got me in my dream truck for less money than I expected. The warranty and service department is unbelievable. Everyone was very helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. I bought my 2023 jeep there about 8 months ago and have had no problems. Well one, they only had one key fob and if I wanted a second one it would cost me around 300 hundred dollars, disappointed with that but everything else has been great. Service department was fantastic very quick and very thorough. Even if you don’t have a Chrysler product I still recommend their service department!

Went to Murray to look at a car that I had seen online. That one wasn't going to work for me but they showed me a 2018 Grand Cherokee that looked it was brand new. Drove it bought it. Still adjusting to it but I am pretty happy with it. The salesperson Tamra and everyone else I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating.
