Tyler Holmes is the only salesman I will ever trust or do business with. This guy got me in my dream truck for less money than I expected. The warranty and service department is unbelievable. Huge service team getting you in and out fast. The finance guy Maurice is the best. He made sure from gap protection to the best interest rate. I have never left a review for a dealership but this place is amazing.

Everyone was very helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. I bought my 2023 jeep there about 8 months ago and have had no problems. Well one, they only had one key fob and if I wanted a second one it would cost me around 300 hundred dollars, disappointed with that but everything else has been great. Service department was fantastic very quick and very thorough. Even if you don’t have a Chrysler product I still recommend their service department!

I was greeted immediately and discovered the Jeep I was interested in had been sold. I was shown another model that caught my eye and went on a great test drive. The process was smooth and pleasant and the numbers were great. I was delivered a clean, shiny new Willys Edition that suits me perfectly. Life savers! Came in limping with a DEF warning light and 2 hot horses in a trailer. They helped me with the safety of my animals and then got me back on the road within 2.5 hours with a new truck

Went to Murray to look at a car that I had seen online. That one wasn't going to work for me but they showed me a 2018 Grand Cherokee that looked it was brand new. Drove it bought it. Still adjusting to it but I am pretty happy with it. The salesperson Tamra and everyone else I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. I will recommend Murray to anyone I know that is looking for a car.

I never leave reviews and rarely give ratings. But with the amazing job that Mike, Carl, Paul, Maurice and Jacob did to make sure I got the car I wanted for an unbeatable price, I had to take the time to let it be known. To try and make a long story short, I narrowed my options down to two dealerships in two different states. Murray in Florida and one in another state (which I'll spare their name and location for grace purposes). I originally locked in with the other dealership, but that deal was slowly falling apart due to many delays by them and the lender they used. Murray kept in contact throughout that process, and not in an aggressive salesmen way either. They sensed that other deal wasn't going the way it should. Carl asked what he could do to make Murray my 1st choice. I told him and they delivered and won me over. I requested cancellation with the other booking and went with Murray! Maurice helped get me a deal for a newer version of the car I wanted with 10,000 less miles for a better price than the other dealership could do. Even the APR was a whole percent lower. Considering that I'm out of state more than 900 miles away, they didn't turn me away or let the distance stop them from giving me the best deal possible. They made the process as easy as it could be. Jacob, who was in training, was cool and got me the Gap and Warranties I needed and didn't try to stack the deck on me. He and Maurice respected my budget, which meant a lot to me. Mike even went as far as share advice on how to handle the other dealership who dropped the ball on the original deal. He helped me get my deposit back faster as well as cancel that booking. And Carl took all precautions and initiatives to make sure my vehicle got shipped to me for the best price. Even gave me recommendations. And he and Mike didn't rest until my car got was delivered. What stood out most to me about all the names mentioned is the fact they're all genuine and honest, which is rare with most dealerships. They're the goats (greatest of all time, for those who may not know ). If you're in Florida or anywhere else in the world like I am, Murray CDJR are the best and it's not even close. I have to say I am so glad I came to Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Starke when I was looking to buy a truck!! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. My salesman Jacob went above and beyond to make sure the process was a breeze. He was attentive to exactly what I wanted and needed. Upgraded tires and lift was done at the dealership so it was exactly how I wanted it before taking it off the lot. Everyone was nice and I received great customer service. Jacob Reed is the man with the plan! He’s my go to guy for vehicles and trucks in particular. He sold me my beautiful f150 a couple years ago and I still drive it daily and it treats me great. I mean where do i start? The customer service from Bailey was outstanding, the place had a great look to it and was very well organized. My experience was with Bailey and let me tell you, that guy knows how to make a customer happy. WOW. Very good listener and super informative on what kind of car fit my exact style and at my specific price point. After speaking with 10 other shady car lots and wasting 4 hours on two different lots due to promises.. I was tired of the lies trying to get me at 6 to 10 grand over budget with one trying to charge me five grand more for a much lesser truck.. So when I called Jacob and told him my requirements in a big horn and my price point.. within 2 hours he texted me a workup sheet beating my price by 35 cent... Where the others were trying to get me for another average of 8,000 with lies.. So when we got there to buy the bighorn, we bought the best Rebel on the lot.. Because of the ease and honesty.. two days later as a surprise, I traded my wife's car on a Mustang for her birthday
