⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with Ian at Murray CDJR! We drove down from Jacksonville, FL after searching all over Florida for a Jeep Gladiator Mojave X, and they were the only dealership that had exactly what we were looking for. Ian was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy. We got a great deal, felt well taken care of, and never felt pressured. After a terrible experience with Jacksonville CDJR, Murray was a breath of fresh air. It may be a more remote location, but it is absolutely worth the drive. The entire team was amazing, and we would definitely recommend Ian and Murray CDJR!

Greg was amazing! My jeep was there due to a blown engine & he had taken care of me from moving my jeep from another dealership to this one! He kept me in the loop every step of the way! I would highly recommend this dealership 110%. And I will say they’re about an hour from my house. The Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealer in my town I will not go to. I will take the drive to Murray Chrysler Dodge for any of my Vehicles needs, all the way to Stark! 😊

I came in without an appointment due to my batteries being dead. I was in starke and all of a sudden they quit and a friend rescued me with a jump and I drove straight to your dealership and was waited on immediately and was greeted by a lady in the service department who fixed everything, answered all my questions and fixed an annoying siri speed alert voice in my car which I hated and no I’ve else could fix it but she did! I was given a discount for the batteries and paid much less than I was told! So yes I’m very happy and plan to come in soon to fix a recall I was also told about! I normally go to Davis Jeep in Yulee/Amelia Island because they have 5 stars and I was ripped off by the Gville Jeep so I was skeptical but I’m glad I dropped in! It was a very nice experience! Thank you!!

Everyone was very helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. I bought my 2023 jeep there about 8 months ago and have had no problems. Well one, they only had one key fob and if I wanted a second one it would cost me around 300 hundred dollars, disappointed with that but everything else has been great. Service department was fantastic very quick and very thorough. Even if you don’t have a Chrysler product I still recommend their service department!

Went to Murray to look at a car that I had seen online. That one wasn't going to work for me but they showed me a 2018 Grand Cherokee that looked it was brand new. Drove it bought it. Still adjusting to it but I am pretty happy with it. The salesperson Tamra and everyone else I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. This one's gonna be long...I live in Panama City Fl. now, but from the Jax area, have tried dealing with the dealers in my area to no avail, recently went to a high profile dealer in my area, got approved for a vehicle that my beautiful bride needed, only to be lied to in the finance office, so we walked away. We have purchased MANY vehicles from the Murray group over the years, I think about 16 so far, so I took a chance and called them up, spoke with GM Frank Bender on the phone and the service that I received is absolutely unheard of in the panhandle. He was off on the Sunday that I called, but STILL called me back! Got us the vehicle we wanted, approval over the phone, low interest rate, so off on a 7 hour round trip drive we went! Oh, I didn't mention it's 3 and a half hours from here? arrived at Murray CJDR and to our dismay the SUV we thought that we wanted just wasn't going to fit the plans...so they went into action...and believe me when I say it was quite unbelievable to see how hard they worked to make sure that we got what we needed an wanted, even a better vehicle than we had planned on buying and bent over backward to fit it in our budget! They gave us significantly more for our trades than the dealer in our area, and all the while NEVER raising objections about us not wanting the specific vehicle that they had procured for us initially, not one time did we feel unappreciated or belittled like we did at our local dealer. WE were the most important customer while we were there, Frank, Nick, Brian, thank you for another great experience at a Murray dealership, my bride LOVES her Pathfinder Rock Creek, and Dale, you're still doing it right dude! This may possibly be my last vehicle purchased [because I'm old] but it will retain the MURRAY badge and plate frame proudly. Many thanks! I never leave reviews and rarely give ratings. But with the amazing job that Mike, Carl, Paul, Maurice and Jacob did to make sure I got the car I wanted for an unbeatable price, I had to take the time to let it be known. To try and make a long story short, I narrowed my options down to two dealerships in two different states. Murray in Florida and one in another state (which I'll spare their name and location for grace purposes). I originally locked in with the other dealership, but that deal was slowly falling apart due to many delays by them and the lender they used. Murray kept in contact throughout that process, and not in an aggressive salesmen way either. They sensed that other deal wasn't going the way it should. Carl asked what he could do to make Murray my 1st choice. I told him and they delivered and won me over. I requested cancellation with the other booking and went with Murray! Maurice helped get me a deal for a newer version of the car I wanted with 10,000 less miles for a better price than the other dealership could do. Even the APR was a whole percent lower. Considering that I'm out of state more than 900 miles away, they didn't turn me away or let the distance stop them from giving me the best deal possible. They made the process as easy as it could be. Jacob, who was in training, was cool and got me the Gap and Warranties I needed and didn't try to stack the deck on me. He and Maurice respected my budget, which meant a lot to me. Mike even went as far as share advice on how to handle the other dealership who dropped the ball on the original deal. He helped me get my deposit back faster as well as cancel that booking. And Carl took all precautions and initiatives to make sure my vehicle got shipped to me for the best price. Even gave me recommendations. And he and Mike didn't rest until my car got was delivered. What stood out most to me about all the names mentioned is the fact they're all genuine and honest, which is rare with most dealerships. They're the goats (greatest of all time, for those who may not know ). If you're in Florida or anywhere else in the world like I am, Murray CDJR are the best and it's not even close. Thank you again, Murray CDJR!
