I brought my truck in for service, had to bring it back for a rear suspension problem. Everything went well. When I pulled out of the parking lot the low washer fluid came on. I thought that was part of the service. I bought some today and installed it.

I had an issue with the Battery draining I thought it was due to auxiliary lights I had installed it was not . The dealership picked up my vehicle from the place I had dropped it off at. The dealership was able to diagnosed the problem after I had explained the issues. After repairing they safely returned my vehicle. Service was outstanding!!

I brought my My 2022 ram in for an electrical problem and wound up being a starter. my warranty had expired . I said yes, was done and ready the next day cost and And timing didn’t change was ready when they said it would be I would gladly have my truck serviced at Murray Chrysler again.

Worked with Mitch to get a simple deal rolling and he made it happen. There was a small hiccup when it came to signing paperwork but Management went above and beyond to make sure we got out of the dealership happy. Absolutely phenomenal service. I cannot say it enough!! Buying a car is stressful enough but then when you’ve been divorced and need a signature, it’s even harder. David, Greg, and Maurice went above and beyond! They tried finding every which way let me leave with the car that day but it just didn’t work. They worked on getting the signature on my behalf, was discreet and quick. Huge kudos to their driver, Steve, for taking care of this process as well! This one's gonna be long...I live in Panama City Fl. now, but from the Jax area, have tried dealing with the dealers in my area to no avail, recently went to a high profile dealer in my area, got approved for a vehicle that my beautiful bride needed, only to be lied to in the finance office, so we walked away. We have purchased MANY vehicles from the Murray group over the years, I think about 16 so far, so I took a chance and called them up, spoke with GM Frank Bender on the phone and the service that I received is absolutely unheard of in the panhandle. He was off on the Sunday that I called, but STILL called me back! Got us the vehicle we wanted, approval over the phone, low interest rate, so off on a 7 hour round trip drive we went! Oh, I didn't mention it's 3 and a half hours from here? arrived at Murray CJDR and to our dismay the SUV we thought that we wanted just wasn't going to fit the plans...so they went into action...and believe me when I say it was quite unbelievable to see how hard they worked to make sure that we got what we needed an wanted, even a better vehicle than we had planned on buying and bent over backward to fit it in our budget! They gave us significantly more for our trades than the dealer in our area, and all the while NEVER raising objections about us not wanting the specific vehicle that they had procured for us initially, not one time did we feel unappreciated or belittled like we did at our local dealer. WE were the most important customer while we were there, Frank, Nick, Brian, thank you for another great experience at a Murray dealership, my bride LOVES her Pathfinder Rock Creek, and Dale, you're still doing it right dude! This may possibly be my last vehicle purchased [because I'm old] but it will retain the MURRAY badge and plate frame proudly. Many thanks! Tyler Holmes is the only salesman I will ever trust or do business with. This guy got me in my dream truck for less money than I expected. The warranty and service department is unbelievable. Everyone was very helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. I bought my 2023 jeep there about 8 months ago and have had no problems. Well one, they only had one key fob and if I wanted a second one it would cost me around 300 hundred dollars, disappointed with that but everything else has been great. Service department was fantastic very quick and very thorough. Even if you don’t have a Chrysler product I still recommend their service department!

Went to Murray to look at a car that I had seen online. That one wasn't going to work for me but they showed me a 2018 Grand Cherokee that looked it was brand new. Drove it bought it. Still adjusting to it but I am pretty happy with it. The salesperson Tamra and everyone else I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. I will recommend Murray to anyone I know that is looking for a car.
