Tyler Holmes is the only salesman I will ever trust or do business with. This guy got me in my dream truck for less money than I expected. The warranty and service department is unbelievable. Huge service team getting you in and out fast. The finance guy Maurice is the best. He made sure from gap protection to the best interest rate. I have never left a review for a dealership but this place is amazing.

Everyone was very helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. I bought my 2023 jeep there about 8 months ago and have had no problems. Well one, they only had one key fob and if I wanted a second one it would cost me around 300 hundred dollars, disappointed with that but everything else has been great. Service department was fantastic very quick and very thorough. Even if you don’t have a Chrysler product I still recommend their service department!

Life savers! Came in limping with a DEF warning light and 2 hot horses in a trailer. They helped me with the safety of my animals and then got me back on the road within 2.5 hours with a new truck

Went to Murray to look at a car that I had seen online. That one wasn't going to work for me but they showed me a 2018 Grand Cherokee that looked it was brand new. Drove it bought it. Still adjusting to it but I am pretty happy with it. The salesperson Tamra and everyone else I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. I will recommend Murray to anyone I know that is looking for a car.

I was in a tough spot as my Jeep Gladiator Max Tow experienced severe/catastrophic engine problems while towing our Airstream to a spring break destination (I’ve had it almost 6 years with over 93,000 miles and pulling our Airstream all over the country so I can’t complain.). I limped into Murray Ram/Jeep and Tamra (TJ) went out of her way to accommodate me and guide me through the process of trading in for a new Ram pickup. She graciously dropped me off and later picked me up at a local restaurant as I hadn’t eaten all day! TJ, along with Anthony, sat down and went through the numbers in a very transparent manner that left me feeling reassured that I was not being taken advantage of given my series of unfortunate events. I left with a new truck plus the piece of mine of having their 15 years/150,000 mile engine/drive train warranty. Jacob in finance was also easy to work with and very helpful when dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s! I would highly recommend this dealership!

Of course, this leadership comes from great leaders like David Green and Greg Brown. Other dealerships would not work on my 3500 RAM because of the aftermarket parts that were on it. But Murray Crawford Jeep ram said they could handle it and wouldn't have a problem with it and they didn't. I will be up buying all of my vehicles for my company and personal use from Murray Chrysler Jeep Dodge ram. The staff was very helpful nice polite. And the service people were on it. They felt my pain by me not having my truck and needing it for work. Where of course the other dealership is only about the money. Thank you all

We love Murray!! Service was fast, friendly and professional. A few staff members noticed my kids patiently waiting and offered to loan them some toys to play with. One of the service desk members gave my daughter a couple of ducks for our Jeeps as well. On top of that, they actually called me to remind me it was time for a service. Great people!!
