Talk to rob, in service about my van's problems, gave me all the information I needed. Left my van there on Tuesday afternoon. Rob called on wed let me know the repairs we're approved, van was ready on Friday. Everything was great, everyone was very helpful and courteous.

Lauren and Rob Sapp Took care of me and my vehicle as always. Apparently this service technician found a screw in a tire and they had to order a tire, but it was in the next day and installed. Also, the tire sensor monitor had gone out and that was replaced as well. Very satisfied.

Excellent service provided by both Rob and Robert as service technicians. I came in with a Jeep Grand Cherokee dead as a door nail and they really hooked me up. I was traveling and several hours away from home but they communicated well and had me back in the road in 24 hours. They’re a busy place but were quick and professional and answered all my questions - even ones like “why do I need an alternator” . Lovely sales representatives too. I listened as one of the service providers handled a rather rude customer- he was never rude back and kept his composure, even offering a complimentary temporary vehicle for her troubles. 10/10
