I recently purchased my brand new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (Already named my Jeep “”)…with only 25 miles on it this past Friday, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I was in a tough spot as my Jeep Gladiator Max Tow experienced severe/catastrophic engine problems while towing our Airstream to a spring break destination (I’ve had it almost 6 years with over 93,000 miles and pulling our Airstream all over the country so I can’t complain.). I limped into Murray Ram/Jeep and Tamra (TJ) went out of her way to accommodate me and guide me through the process of trading in for a new Ram pickup. She graciously dropped me off and later picked me up at a local restaurant as I hadn’t eaten all day! TJ, along with Anthony, sat down and went through the numbers in a very transparent manner that left me feeling reassured that I was not being taken advantage of given my series of unfortunate events. I left with a new truck plus the piece of mine of having their 15 years/150,000 mile engine/drive train warranty. Jacob in finance was also easy to work with and very helpful when dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s! I would highly recommend this dealership!

Jacob Reed is the man with the plan! He’s my go to guy for vehicles and trucks in particular. He sold me my beautiful f150 a couple years ago and I still drive it daily and it treats me great. After speaking with 10 other shady car lots and wasting 4 hours on two different lots due to promises.. I was tired of the lies trying to get me at 6 to 10 grand over budget with one trying to charge me five grand more for a much lesser truck.. So when I called Jacob and told him my requirements in a big horn and my price point.. within 2 hours he texted me a workup sheet beating my price by 35 cent... Where the others were trying to get me for another average of 8,000 with lies.. So when we got there to buy the bighorn, we bought the best Rebel on the lot.. Because of the ease and honesty.. two days later as a surprise, I traded my wife's car on a Mustang for her birthday
