He was the one working behind the scenes and with the banks to make sure we got the right deal, and he really came through for us. He listened to what we needed, worked hard to make the numbers come together, and found the perfect deal without making the process stressful or frustrating. You could genuinely tell that he cared about making the deal work for us, and we really appreciated that. On top of being great at his job, Bryan was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. And once we found out he loves bikes too, it was an instant connection! 😂🏍️ That definitely made the experience even more fun. He was honest, straightforward, and incredibly friendly. He explained everything clearly and made the finance portion of the process easy to understand. He even told us he was in his “weekend mood,” so apparently that meant he was extra nice! 😂 We really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and great attitude. What impressed me most was that they respected our time. We weren’t left sitting around all day waiting for banks to respond or being passed around from person to person. They went straight to finding the right deal and made the entire process efficient and stress-free. After buying 7+ vehicles over the years, I can confidently say this team stands out. Called Bryan on a Sunday about a truck on the lot and worked a deal out with him over the phone. Can't say how pleased I am with the outcome of the transaction. They went out of their way to help me and get me into the truck I now love. The manager and finance manager were also especially helpful in the certain situation that was presented and I feel they went way out of their way to also help. Will definitely keep this dealership in mind for the next purchase. Everyone was straight shooters and forthcoming of any issues and helped with the resolution in me purchasing my truck .
